María Teresa Cibils, was born in the city of Santa Fe where she studied teaching, social assistance, took courses in drawing and painting, theater, music and participated in literary workshops. He published several of his poems in newspapers and magazines of his city.

Worked at the University of the Coast in University Extension and for that institution worked in emergency villas creating recreation centers for children.
